My audits
use a structured process derived from the Six Sigma approach: Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control.
In the first step the project will undergo a comprehensive analysis.
All relevant information will be collected from your project leadership
using standardized, proven assessment tools. After initial evaluation
of this information I will conduct a face-to-face interview with the
project sponsor to develop the true project objectives and
requirements. In a second set of interviews with the project leadership
we will determine the details of the true project status. The following
areas will be examined:
- Scope and Change Management
- Schedule Management
- Cost Management
- Quality Management
- Human Resources Management
- Communication Management
- Risk Management
- Procurement Management
- Integration Management
Detailed analysis of these areas will identify project strengths and
weaknesses. After comprehensive assessment and evaluation you will
receive a detailed report with a concrete, practical action plan to
eliminate your project’s problem areas and enhance your
project’s strengths. The implementation of these
recommendations
will be discussed in person with your project sponsors and leadership.
Timing:
- Collection of the relevant project
information by the project leadership ~ 16 hours
- Initial evaluation ~ 2 weeks
- Interview with project sponsor ~ 3
hours
- Interview with project leadership
~ 4 hours
- Project analysis and issue of
report with recommendations ~ 2 weeks
- Concluding discussion ~ 4 hours
Cost:
After receiving the relevant project information I will provide you
with a binding offer.
